Description

For those travelling to us via the southern half of the M25, please be aware that some satnavs will try to take you on an annoying route down the M26, M20, and through the Medway towns.

Our recommended route (in clear traffic) is to stay on the M25 until:

  • M25 (Junction 2)
  • A2 (towards Canterbury)
  • A289 (towards Gillingham and through Medway Tunnel)
  • Turn RIGHT at ‘THE STRAND ROUNDABOUT’ (onto Church Street)
  • RIGHT again before the railway crossing (onto Railway Street)
  • RIGHT again into the Industrial Estate next to the station car park
  • You’ll find us at the far end of the yard, on the left

Accommodation suggestions

For those needing local accommodation there are three popular options:

  • Premier Inn (Victory Pier) – 15 minute walk / or 3 minute drive – Closest option but limited local amenities / interest
  • Travelodge (Rochester) – 3 minute walk + 6 minute (2 stop) train journey / or 15 minute drive – Slightly further afield but a more interesting ‘tourist’ location (and a very easy train link, almost door to door)
  • The Ship and Trades – 30 minute walk / or 8 minute drive – A more expensive option, but in a pleasant marina setting and with local amenities
